Which airport do I fly into?
We recommend flying into Mykonos or Santorini and then taking the Seajet Boat to Koufonisi (a 1.5-hour boat ride)
Another option is to fly into Athens and take a ferry to Mykonos (4-hour ferry ride) and then the Seajet boat to Koufonisi (1.5-hour boat ride)

Are ferry and boat rides included?
No, you will be responsible for arriving on Koufonisi Island on the 22nd, where we will provide transport from the port of Koufonisi to the Retreat Villas.
Are our plane tickets included?
No, you will be responsible for getting to Koufonisi Island Port, where we will provide a transfer to the villa. (Don’t worry. You will be put into a group chat to be supported and share the journey with others for getting to Koufonisi Island)
How do I get to Koufonisi Villa?
Once you arrive on Koufonisi Island, we will provide transportation to the villas.
What if I'm not familiar with yoga?
Yoga sessions cater to all ranges of experiences, so be sure to try them! Yoga sessions are held every morning and evening, so there will be plenty of time to become familiar with the practices.
Is the accommodation shared or private?
There will be shared and private options on the website. You can choose which lodging you prefer.
Are men and women lodging separately?
Yes, we will separate men and women in the lodging arrangements unless they intentionally travel together.
What should I bring?
As there will be daily yoga classes, comfortable activewear is a must, along with beach wear and lots of sun protection.
Will there be downtime?
Yes, there will be plenty of time to enjoy the retreat space.
Can specific dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes! The retreat site can adjust meals following dietary requirements upon arrival.
Do I need a visa?
Visit the Embassy of Greece website for the most current visa information. Greece is a party to the Schengen Agreement; therefore, U.S. citizens may enter Greece without a visa for stays of up to 90 days for tourism or business purposes.
Do I need to be vaccinated for covid to enter Greece?
No, you don't. COVID vaccination certificates are not mandatory to enter Greece
Do you need to provide a negative COVID test to enter Greece?
All travellers arriving in Greece, regardless of their country of origin, are no longer required to display a valid certificate of vaccination or recovery from COVID-19 or evidence of a negative test result from SARS-CoV-2 infection (PCR or Rapid Antigen test).
Is there internet/WiFi?
Free WiFi is provided. However, due to our remote location, the signal can be temperamental.
